Privacy Policy — MyLifeOS Workspace Assistant

Effective date: June 29th, 2026

MyLifeOS Workspace Assistant is a private, owner-operated workspace assistant hosted locally on the account owner’s computer.

Google Workspace data

With the account owner’s authorization, MyLifeOS may access Gmail messages and attachments, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files and metadata, and Google Tasks data. It accesses only the data needed to provide the features the owner has enabled.

How data is used

Google Workspace data is used solely to provide owner-directed features, including organizing email, preparing calendar information, handling files, and managing task lists.

MyLifeOS does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, make it publicly available, or use it to train AI models.

Sharing and service providers

Google Workspace data is not disclosed to third parties except where the account owner has deliberately enabled a service provider required to operate a requested feature.

Owner-configured providers: None.

Any such provider may use the data only to deliver the requested feature.

Storage, retention, and security

OAuth credentials are stored locally on the account owner’s computer. Google Workspace data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the owner’s configured workflows or meet applicable legal obligations.

The account owner controls access to the service and can revoke Google authorization at any time through their Google Account security settings. Local credentials and locally stored data can also be removed by the account owner.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect Google Workspace data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Your choices

The account owner may review or change the Google permissions granted to MyLifeOS, revoke access, or delete locally stored credentials and data at any time.
